I don't see any tell-tale artifacting from a cut-n-clone. The bottle looks a little odd, yes, but I think it's just the light.

Yeah, *I* think it was a group shot, that was cropped in on Hermione. Which would be why the end of the bottle's more in focus than anything else, being the centre of the shot.
